VSATlive has unbranded SNG trucks which are strategically placed in the Midlands and SE England able to stream HD video via LiveU, Quicklink and MobileViewpoint over KA-SAT. We use KA-SAT to provide extra resilience, so we can go ‘live’ from locations that might not have 3/4G network.
VSATlive has multi camera capability for streaming live corporate or sporting events over the internet onto various platforms. We recently provided additional uplink facilities for Eurosport at the 2016 Snooker World Championships in Sheffield.
Whilst our SNG trucks are ideal for day in day out manned stand up positions for some situations a LiveU unit and cameraman is all you require to cover a breaking news story where mobility is key. The LU500 and LU200 are the ideal video uplink solution for mobile breaking news.
